About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
2. Create spreadsheets with large amounts of figures, ensuring accuracy and avoiding mistakes.
3. Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
4. Update existing data in the system.
5. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
6. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
7. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
8. Apply data program techniques and procedures.
9. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
10. Scan documents and print files as needed.

1. Demonstrate proven experience as a data entry operator.
2. Exhibit fast typing skills.
3. Preferably possess knowledge of touch typing systems.
4. Show excellent proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office Word, Excel).
5. Utilize working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
6. Have a basic understanding of databases.
