We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized
Data Entry Operator
to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with spreadsheets and data entry software. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our company's records.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data protection guidelines.
Retrieve data from various sources as requested.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office management is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems or database management tools.
Good communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
