Job Description

Data Entry:

Accurate Financial Data Entry:

Entering financial transactions, invoices, and other relevant data into accounting software or spreadsheets.

Verification and Validation:

Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data by verifying information against source documents.

Maintaining Financial Records:

Organizing and updating financial data to ensure it's readily available and up-to-date.

Data Entry Tools:

Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant software.
Bank Visits:

Bank Deposit/Withdrawal:

Preparing and depositing checks, or withdrawing funds from bank accounts.

Bank Reconciliation:

Comparing bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

Bank Account Management:

Assisting with opening new accounts, updating account information, and managing bank-related documents.

Pay: ?11,520.75 - ?15,000.00 per month
