We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for multiple positions in our Operations department, including:

Sales Executive

Query Tracker

Data Entry Operator

Customer Care Executive (CCE)

Job Responsibilities (Role-based):

Sales Executive:

Communicate with potential clients Explain services/products and generate leads Maintain follow-ups and conversion records

Query Tracker:

Track and update customer queries in the portal/system Ensure timely resolution and escalation if needed

Data Entry Operator:

Accurately input data into systems or spreadsheets Maintain confidentiality and data integrity

Customer Care Executive (CCE):

Handle customer calls/chat/emails Provide timely information and support Maintain communication logs

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass (Any stream) Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, typing, internet browsing) Good Communication Skills (Hindi & Basic English) Ability to Multitask & Handle Pressure Willingness to Learn and Grow
