We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Data Entry Operator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various computer systems and databases.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
Review and correct errors in data entry to ensure data integrity.
Generate reports and extract information as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in computer applications is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Work Environment:
Office-based or remote, depending on company requirements.
Flexible hours may be provided depending on workload.
Salary:
8000 per month
