Roles and responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of information entered.
Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of source documents.
Generate and provide data reports when required.
Perform regular backups to secure data.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
Follow data privacy and confidentiality policies.
Coordinate with other departments for data requirements.
