Responsibility Area

Specific Tasks

Daily Dispatch Reporting

Prepare and maintain daily dispatch reports.

Update records in software/excel as per dispatch team inputs

Payment Processing & Entries

Enter payment details in accounting system/software.

Maintain records of customer/vendor payments for reconciliation.

Sales Invoice Management

Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.

Maintain proper records of all sales invoices.

Coordinate with the sales team to verify sales order details before billing.

GST RCM Billing Entry

Accurately record Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) related GST bills.

Assist the accounts team in GST-related data preparation.

Bill Collection Entry

Record collection of bills from vendors.

Keep track of pending and completed collections.

Filing & Documentation

Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and documents (both soft and hard copy).

Ensure easy retrieval of records when required.

Monthly Data Sheet Preparation

Prepare monthly MIS/data sheets as per management requirements.

Support in generating basic reports from recorded data.

Other Support Work

Assist accounts/admin team in routine clerical tasks.

Perform any other data entry or office support work as assigned.

Job knowledge, skills, and experience:

Qualification

0-2 years of experience in data entry/accounts support (freshers can apply).

Skills

Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.

Basic knowledge of accounting entries and GST (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry software.

Good organizational and filing skills.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
