Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining jewellery-related records in the company's systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure smooth operations in inventory, billing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update jewellery product details (designs, weights, purity, prices, etc.) into the company database/software. Maintain accurate inventory records of gold, silver, diamonds, and other gemstones. Generate invoices, quotations, and billing details for sales and repairs. Record customer orders, repair job details, and delivery updates. Cross-check data for accuracy and correct errors when necessary. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly stock and sales reports. Support accounts and sales teams with required data. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information. Ensure data entry tasks are completed within timelines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
