Key Responsibilities

Enter and update daily packing data

in company systems with accuracy.

Maintain inventory records

of raw materials, finished goods, and dispatches.

Verify and cross-check data

to ensure error-free entries.

Prepare daily/weekly reports

on production, packing, and stock movement.

Coordinate with factory supervisors and store team

to collect and validate data.

Organize and maintain digital records

for easy retrieval.

Assist in documentation work

related to dispatches, invoices, and material inward/outward.

Highlight discrepancies

in stock or data and report to the concerned manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma holder

(any stream).

Basic computer knowledge

with proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and email handling

.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail

and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency. Prior experience in

data entry, inventory management, or factory operations

will be an added advantage.
