Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and maintain logistics-related data (transportation, warehouse, inventory, dispatch, etc.) in the company database. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process optimization. Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and vendor teams to ensure timely data updates and accuracy. Support logistics planning by providing insights on cost, time, and performance metrics. Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets. Ensure compliance with company data management policies and confidentiality standards. Assist in automation initiatives and digital transformation of logistics data processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related fields

. 1-2 years of experience in

data management, logistics operations, or MIS reporting

(freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply). Proficiency in

MS Excel

, including pivot tables, lookups, and data visualization. Experience with

Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems

(preferred). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
