Role Overview

The Data Entry Executive - Customer Prospect Sourcing is responsible only for researching and compiling new potential customer contact details for the company's internal use. The role supports business development by providing accurate and verified customer prospect data.

Key Responsibilities

o? ?Research and identify new potential customers based on defined criteria (industry, location, company size, etc.)

o? ?Fetch customer prospect details including company name, contact person (if available), email address, phone number, and business location

o? ?Enter sourced customer contacts into the prescribed format (CRM, spreadsheet, or database)

o? ?Verify accuracy and validity of customer contact information before submission

o? ?Ensure prospects are not duplicated by cross-checking existing records

o? ?Follow approved sourcing methods and internal data standards

o? ?Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of company data

o? ?Deliver daily or weekly prospect contact lists as per assigned targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

o? ?Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred

o? ?Experience in data research, lead generation, or contact sourcing is an advantage

o? ?Strong online research and data collection skills

o? ?High attention to detail and accuracy

o? ?Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

o? ?Ability to work independently and meet sourcing targets

Performance Metrics

o? ?Number of qualified customer prospects sourced

o? ?Accuracy and completeness of contact details

o? ?Compliance with prospect criteria and sourcing guidelines

o? ?Timely submission of prospect lists

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
