Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Back Office Executive / Computer Operator
to support our administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer applications, data management, and communication, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
data entry
and maintain accurate records in MS Excel and other company systems.
Prepare, update, and manage
reports, presentations, and documents
using MS Office tools.
Manage
email correspondence
, ensure timely responses, and maintain proper filing systems.
Conduct
data verification and database management
to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Assist in
documentation, record keeping, and back-office administrative tasks

Coordinate with internal teams for
information sharing and process support

Provide
operational and clerical support
to ensure smooth workflow within the department.
Handle
confidential information
with integrity and discretion.
