Key Responsibilities:
Accurately raise and process purchase orders in line with company procedures.
Enter, update, and maintain data across various databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as maintaining financial records and preparing reports.
Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, applying calculations and basic formulas where needed.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering into systems.
Organize and store documents and files for easy retrieval.
Assist other departments with data-related requirements as necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software/tools.
Basic understanding of accounting principles will be an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
