We are seeking a diligent, fast-typing Data Entry Operator to manually enter invoice and KYC data (from physical copies to digital systems) for ~2,500 entities. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and follow-up skills, and direct coordination with clients and team members to ensure complete and accurate data collection. The candidate will work on-site in Bengaluru, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual data entry of invoices and KYC documentation from physical copies into the system.
Call clients to collect missing or incomplete details for approximately 2,500 entities.
Ensure data is accurately captured, complete and verified with client cooperation.
Maintain high data-entry speed and efficiency while ensuring accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to clarify data issues and follow up on pending items.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
High data entry speed with accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or omissions.
Proven ability to follow up persistently and coordinate with clients or stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Excel for data capture, formatting and basic manipulation.
Comfortable working full-time on-site in Bengaluru for the contract duration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
