Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Verify and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
Perform regular data audits and ensure data integrity.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Generate reports and extract data when required.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely collection and input of data.
Assist in preparing documentation and records as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream).
Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
