Enter and update data accurately into company software, Excel sheets, or ERP systems.
Maintain daily reports, records, and logs as per department requirements.
Verify and cross-check data for errors before entry.
Organize and store documents properly for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with teams to collect required information for data updates.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned data entry tasks.
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as instructed.
Assist the admin/accounts/operations team with basic clerical work when needed.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel and MS Word
.
Experience using ERP/software systems (preferred).
Good understanding of data accuracy and document management.
Ability to work with speed and maintain confidentiality.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
1-2 years of experience in data entry or office operations.
