Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems
Verify accuracy of data before input and correct errors as needed
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Coordinate with other departments to gather and validate information
Maintain organized filing systems and digital records
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus
1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM recommended)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
