The Back Office Executive - Accounts will be responsible for supporting the accounting and finance functions by managing daily back-office operations, ensuring accurate data entry, documentation, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports, purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
:
Accounting Support
Daily data entry of purchase, sales, expenses, and journal vouchers in Tally or ERP.
Inventory & Purchase Coordination
Coordinate with the store department for raw material issuance and inward entries.
Maintain records of inward/outward material movement (MRN / GRN / DC).
Assist in tracking inventory valuation and monthly closing.
Documentation & Filing
Organize and maintain physical and digital records of invoices, delivery challans, and payment receipts.
Handle document filing for audits and internal reviews.
Communication & Coordination
Communicate with vendors for invoice follow-ups and payment updates.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, purchase, stores) for accounting entries.
Required Skills
:
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
