We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Data Entry Operator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company databases and systems. You should have fast typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal errors.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Review data for deficiencies, errors, or duplication and correct inconsistencies where possible.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
Generate and maintain reports as required.
Assist in preparing documents, records, and files for data entry.
Follow data entry procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Coordinate with team members and departments for data verification.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management systems.
Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good communication and time management skills.
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
