and possess good data management, accounting, and organizational skills. The role involves maintaining accurate company records, entering financial and inventory data, and supporting the accounts and administration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update financial, billing, and inventory data in
Tally Prime
accurately and timely.
Maintain daily records of sales, purchases, expenses, and stock.
Assist in preparing invoices, ledgers, and reconciliation statements.
Generate reports as required by management (sales, purchase, stock, financial, etc.).
Verify and cross-check entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and digital records.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth data flow and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Good working knowledge of
MS Excel and MS Word
.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Minimum educational qualification:
Graduate (preferably B.Com)
