Data Entry
Enter purchase, sales, stock, and expense data accurately
Maintain daily records in accounting software and Excel
Update customer, vendor, and inventory databases
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors
Accounting
Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Cash & Bank)
Prepare vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes
Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Assist in GST data entry, return preparation, and compliance
Maintain records for audits and statutory requirements
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, and vouchers
Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
Coordinate with accounts manager/CA for financial reporting
