We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk / Administrator to manage daily office entries and documentation. The role involves handling voucher entries, updating stock records, managing petty cash, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update daily data such as vouchers, stock, and purchase records.
Maintain petty cash transactions and prepare related reports.
Manage and organize office documents, bills, and invoices.
Assist in maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
Ensure all entries are verified and error-free.
Support the admin and accounts team with day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with vendors or internal departments for document collection and filing.
Requirements:
Minimum 6-12 months of experience in data entry or administrative work.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software (Tally knowledge preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
