Responsibilities
Maintain and update Excel databases with accuracy.
Use Excel formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc.) for reporting and analysis.
Create pivot tables, charts, and summaries to present data clearly.
Clean, format, and validate data to ensure consistency.
Support team members with ad-hoc Excel tasks and reports.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, formulas, pivot tables, charts).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Prior experience in handling business or operational data preferred.
Graduate degree preferred, though not mandatory if skills are proven.
