Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This role requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into relevant databases and systems. Verify accuracy and completeness of data before entry. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Review and correct data entry errors before submission. Maintain and update filing systems and records. Generate reports as requested. Ensure confidentiality and security of data at all times. Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry or similar position. Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data programs. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM systems or data management software. Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers). Strong communication skills.

Salary:

Depends on the Experience
