Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to efficiently manage and input data into our systems and databases. The role requires accuracy, speed, and confidentiality in handling information to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Maintain accurate records of valuable information. Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them as needed. Ensure timely data entry and meet daily/weekly targets. Retrieve and provide data to authorized personnel when required. Prepare reports and perform basic data analysis as requested. Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Clerk, or similar role (preferred). Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with databases. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills (written and verbal). High school diploma required; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
