The Data Entry / Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling data management, documentation, record keeping, MIS updates, and providing administrative support to internal departments. The role involves accurate data entry, maintaining databases, coordination with teams, and ensuring timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data in Excel / ERP / CRM / company software.
Prepare MIS reports, attendance reports, and records as required.
Maintain hard copy & soft copy of documents in proper filing system.
Handle purchase orders, inward/outward documentation, GRN, bills etc. (if applicable).
Assist in invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and basic follow-ups.
Support HR/Admin team with documentation & backend coordination.
Check accuracy of data before submitting or uploading.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Assist in scheduling, email drafting, and basic office coordination.
Prepare daily / weekly data reports and share with reporting manager.
Key Skills Required
Proficiency in
MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate)
and MS Office.
Fast and accurate data entry skills.
Good written & verbal communication.
Attention to detail and documentation skills.
Basic understanding of billing / documentation / MIS (preferred).
Ability to work with deadlines and multitasking ability.
Qualifications & Experience
12th / Graduate in any stream.
0-3 years of experience in
data entry / back office / admin role
.
Fresher with good typing & Excel knowledge can also apply.
Additional Requirements
Knowledge of Google Sheets / ERP / CRM is an added advantage.
Should be disciplined, organized & responsible.
Ability to maintain records in an orderly manner.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
