Process Type: Mortgage Documentation & Loan Processing (Non-Voice)
Job Responsibilities
? Enter customer and loan details accurately into the system
? Verify mortgage documents for correctness and completeness
? Review files carefully and follow process guidelines
? Maintain high accuracy while performing data entry tasks
? Complete assigned work within defined timelines
? Report errors or missing information to the Team Lead
? Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data
? Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets
Eligibility & Requirements ?
Typing speed of 35-40 WPM with good accuracy (Typing test will be conducted)
? Any Graduate (Commerce / Business background preferred)
? Freshers are welcome
? Experience in BPO / Banking / Finance will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ?8,500.38 per month
