We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Associate to support our website operations and digital content tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, performing web research, updating product/content information in CMS platforms, and supporting basic SEO activities.

This role requires strong accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Marketing, SEO).

Key Responsibilities

Content & Product Data Management

+ Add, update, and maintain product information, specifications, pricing, and images in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS).
+ Upload, edit, and manage website content including text, images, videos, and metadata.
+ Ensure formatting consistency and accuracy across all website pages.

Web Research & Information Gathering

+ Conduct web research to gather accurate data, references, competitor product information, and other required details.
+ Validate and cross-check information before entering it into internal systems.

SEO Support

+ Perform basic SEO tasks such as:
- Adding meta titles, descriptions, and alt tags
- Optimizing image sizes and filenames
- Keyword placement in product descriptions or content
+ Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content follows optimization guidelines.

Data Accuracy & Quality Control

+ Review, validate, and clean data to maintain accuracy.
+ Identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate information and correct it proactively.
+ Maintain clear records and documentation of updates and changes.

Coordination & Task Management

+ Work closely with the Design, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate content updates.
+ Follow task instructions and deadlines assigned through internal tools (ClickUp, Jira, etc.).

Desired Skills

1+ year of experience in data entry, web research, content uploading, or CMS management. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data handling tools. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or any CMS platform. Basic understanding of SEO principles (metadata, alt text, keywords, headings). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience with image optimization tools (Canva, Photoshop, TinyPNG). Exposure to HTML/CSS basics for simple formatting updates. Familiarity with AI tools for content formatting or research assistance. * Experience working in a digital agency or website maintenance environment.
