Required Qualifications
Education:
Graduate or High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Data Entry, or a related technical field is a plus.
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in a computer operations, technical support, or similar role requiring high attention to detail and repetitive task execution.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level knowledge of file organization, cloud storage systems, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Proven ability to quickly learn and operate new software and proprietary platforms.
AI Understanding:
A basic conceptual understanding of what
Prompt Engineering
is and how it influences AI output is
essential
. Familiarity with interacting with (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) in a structured manner is highly desirable.
