About the Role

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry and CRM

to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing our CRM system, and supporting the sales, marketing, and customer support teams with reliable and updated customer data.

Your work will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, smooth CRM operations, and efficient internal coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Database Management

Accurately enter and update customer, sales, and operational data in CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized digital filing systems and perform regular data backups.

CRM Management

Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce, Zoho, Meritto, etc.). Ensure data consistency, cleanliness, and proper segmentation within the CRM. Generate CRM reports and share insights with sales and marketing teams. Monitor workflows, follow-up tasks, and lead communications in the CRM. Upload and manage recordings in the LMS (Learning Management System) and provide user access when required. Train new users on CRM tools and best practices (if applicable).

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare regular reports on leads, customer interactions, and CRM activity. Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify necessary information. Assist in improving data management and CRM-related processes.

Requirements

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

1-3 years in data entry or CRM operations.

Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales). Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality. Basic understanding of sales or customer service operations is a plus.
