Your responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update product information, pricing, and other data into the company's database or content management system
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all information is up to date and consistent with company standards
- Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels by updating product availability and stock status as required
- Help create and edit product descriptions, specifications, and attributes to improve product listings
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in product data, images, and metadata
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure accurate and timely data updates
- Generate reports as needed to track data entry progress and identify any issues or trends
- Handle sensitive data with discretion and maintain data security protocols
- Follow company guidelines and standards for data entry and content management
Our requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or a related role is a plus
- Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or content management systems is advantageous
