Day shift = 8:30 to 6:30 Elan Jewels, a renowned diamond jewelry manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Admin to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who can efficiently manage data entry tasks, production entry, and stock checking, along with handling mass mailing and emails. Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry and management.
- Ensuring timely production entry.
- Regular stock checking and inventory management.
- Handling mass mailing and email correspondences.
- Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in night shift (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM) or day shift (8:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
