Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent

EDP Operator

who exhibits meticulous attention to detail and is proficient in managing electronic data. The candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing

large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy,

and maintaining the integrity of our

database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks with a

high degree of accuracy and speed, using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets,

and other data programs. Conduct regular

mail communications

, ensuring clarity. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of

correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation

to maintain professional document standards. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company records and information. Engage in

basic English communication

with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Data Entry Operator

, or similar role. Familiarity with

MS Office suite

and experience with

database systems

and administrative procedures. Strong

typing speed

with an emphasis on accuracy. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
