Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, and communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal and external cross-functional teams.
Use your excellent business and communication skills to work with business owners, to define key business questions, develop requirements, and to build data sets that answer those questions.
Leverage your experience to grow, lead, mentor, and inspire a team of excellent data engineers.
Have a company-wide view of the Data Engineering and consistently invent and simplify "hands off the wheel" solutions at scale. Write and contribute to weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews, 1 and 6-pagers, and operational plan (Op) documents.

This team will tackle challenging and novel situations every day and will have the opportunity to redefine the grocery industry while working with different teams across WFM and Amazon. You will be able to contribute and enjoy the wonderful blend of WFM and Amazon Tech Culture. You will be based out of Bengaluru, IN, one of the best places to live and work.
