: Data Engineer -SQL amp; Python (5+ Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL amp; Python Developer with 5+ years of hands-on


experience in data development, analysis, and automation. The ideal candidate will work


closely with business, analytics, and engineering teams to design, develop, and optimize


data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.

Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analytics.

Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL.

Work with large datasets across relational databases and data warehouses.

Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into

technical solutions.


Support reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc data requests.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing workflows.

Handling all aspects of data sets and information (both structured and unstructured

formats)


Understand the needs and challenges of the business requirement and provide

analytical insights

Required Skills Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).

Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, requests, etc.).

Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization.

Hands-on experience with data modeling and schema design.

Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipelines.

Experience working with APIs and data integration.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

Exposure to orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, etc.).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).
