The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and delivering large-scale data warehousing, data lake, ETL, and reporting solutions across modern and traditional data platforms.

Required Qualifications
8-12 years of experience in data engineering and solution architecture with hands-on deliveryStrong expertise in Snowflake or DatabricksProficiency in dbt, Matillion, SQL, Python / PySparkExperience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow, Control-M, or equivalentHands-on experience with cloud-native data servicesAWS: Glue, Redshift, AthenaGCP: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/SubAzure equivalentsStrong understanding of data modeling, ELT/ETL design, and modern architecture patterns (Medallion, layered, modular)Experience with API-based and real-time ingestion (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub, REST APIs)Familiarity with traditional ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, Oracle Data Integrator, etc.)Strong knowledge of data governance, performance tuning, and Data DevOps (CI/CD, version control, monitoring)Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
