Job Description

This is a remote-first opportunity, with one monthly travel to Bangalore headquarters (fully reimbursed by the company).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric Integrate structured and unstructured data from various sources into a centralized data platform Implement and manage data lake and data warehouse architectures Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality datasets and analytics solutions Optimize data processing workflows and ensure data integrity, performance, and security Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues proactively Support data governance, data quality, and metadata management initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer Strong expertise with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, etc.) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric for data integration and analytics Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing and scripting Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts Familiarity with Power BI, Databricks, or related BI tools is a plus Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
