Job description
Data Migration Experience
1. SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) [ETL Processes, Data Transformation Techniques, Performance Tuning, C# in SSIS Script]
2. Database Management and SQL [SQL querying, complex joins, data profiling]
Must Average Knowledge:
Microsoft Dynamics, specific data architecture, Data Model, Dynamics Data Migration Utility, Kingsway Soft SSIS Integration Toolkit
Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Skills
xc3xbc Understanding of CRM Data Model: Familiarity with entities, relationships, custom fields, and CRM-specific data architecture.
xc3xbc Experience with Data Migration: Handling data migration processes, including mapping, transformation, and import/export processes specific to Dynamics CRM.
xc3xbc Use of Data Migration Tools: Knowledge of tools like the Dynamics 365 Data Migration Utility, KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit for Dynamics 365, or Scribe for data migration.
SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
xc3xbc ETL Processes: Strong grasp of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, particularly designing, deploying, and managing ETL packages using SSIS.
xc3xbc Data Transformation Techniques: Expertise in using SSIS Data Flow components for transforming data, including Lookups, Conditional Splits, and Data Conversion.
xc3xbc Custom SSIS Components: Ability to create and use custom SSIS components when out-of-the-box components dont suffice.
xc3xbc Scripting in SSIS: Proficiency in scripting using or C# in SSIS Script Tasks and Script Components for custom logic.
xc3xbc Performance Tuning: Knowledge of SSIS package optimization techniques to handle large datasets efficiently.
SSIS Integration with CRM: Experience in configuring SSIS packages to interact with Dynamics CRM, possibly using third-party connectors like KingswaySoft
Database Management and SQL Skills
xc3xbc SQL Querying: Advanced skills in SQL querying, including complex joins, subqueries, and data manipulation (CRUD operations).
xc3xbc Data Quality and Cleansing: Techniques for data quality assessment, data profiling, and cleansing before migration.
xc3xbc Database Optimization: Skills in optimizing database performance, managing indexes, and writing efficient queries.
Error Handling and Logging: Implementation of robust error handling and logging mechanisms within SSIS packages
