CTG is seeking to fill a Data Engineer - Master Data Management position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
Design, implement, and maintain a unified, accurate, and reliable master data environment that supports business operations, analytics, and decision-making.
Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Implement master data models, data integration processes, and workflows to support enterprise-wide MDM initiatives.
Monitor and ensure data quality, accuracy, and security across multiple domains.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify data gaps, resolve inconsistencies, and prioritize MDM initiatives.
Support change management efforts to ensure organizational adoption of MDM strategies and policies.
Provide a single, trusted view of master data entities to support business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Skills:
Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise data management concepts.
Technical proficiency with MDM tools such as IBM Infosphere MDM, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or equivalent.
Experience with data analytics platforms and data integration tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to develop and execute change management plans and drive organizational alignment with MDM strategies.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Master Data Management professional, implementing and managing MDM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality management.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
