About the Team




The

highly motivated team

builds scalable data platforms, scorecards, and AI/ML-driven insights to empower Distribution Centers (DCs) with data-informed decision-making. The team delivers end-to-end solutions to forecast labor and transportation needs, optimize inventory flow, and improve operational efficiency across the supply chain network. By integrating real-time data, advanced analytics, and machine learning, the team enables proactive planning and performance visibility to meet evolving business demands.

The main purpose of this role is to deliver end-to-end data solutions for complex business problems. This role includes translating business needs to technical requirements, designing the architecture, and facilitating the implementation and maintenance of those solutions. This role serves as a technical expert to develop the right solution, including the evaluation of best fit platform/technology stack, and ensure correct implementation, following best practices and accounting for both functional and non-functional requirements, like reliability, scalability, performance, stability, security, and long-term maintainability.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Core Responsibilities:



Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade data solutions leveraging

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

services such as

Resolve complex, cross-functional architecture issues; identify bottlenecks and drive system-wide optimization Partner with enterprise architects to ensure platform solutions are flexible, scalable, and aligned with strategic roadmaps Act as a technical mentor across software development lifecycle phases; promote best practices, design patterns, and clean architecture

Data Engineering & Platform Development

Design, develop, and maintain robust

data ingestion pipelines
