About the role:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, along with a passion for building intelligent systems that solve complex problems. As an AI Builder, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models to enhance our products and services.
Eligibility:

• Education: Bachelor or master\'s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as Data Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in AI model development.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Machine Learning Frameworks: Strong experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch/scikit-learn.
• Deep Learning: Expertise in deep learning techniques and frameworks such as LangChain for tasks such as image recognition, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
• Data Processing: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building data pipelines.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to address complex challenges.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
• Data Processing: Work with large datasets, clean and preprocess data, and create pipelines for efficient data handling.
• Algorithm Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate algorithms and models based on the nature of the problem and available data.
• Feature Engineering: Identify and engineer relevant features to improve model performance.
• Training and Evaluation: Train, validate, and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and actively seek opportunities to improve existing models.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and domain experts, to understand business requirements and goals.
• Documentation: Document the AI development process, including model architecture, training procedures, and integration details.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of AI models to ensure robustness and reliability in real-world scenarios.
