The Enterprise FinOps team is a key pillar within the Global Infrastructure Product Services organization. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Enterprise FinOps Engineer with a solid background in automation and scripting to work on an agile cross-functional team that values collaboration and innovation.

Here's just some of what you'll do:

Develop and maintain software features with a focus on quality, reliability, and performance
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code primarily in Python
Design, implement, and optimize relational database schemas and queries (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Create and maintain automation scripts for data processing and system tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design and technical requirements
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high quality deliverables
Support integration with APIs and contribute to backend services
Work in an agile environment, adapting to evolving requirements and priorities

Are you up for the challenge? Here's what you should have:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred
Deep knowledge of FinOps practices and frameworks
Knowledge of scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficiency in Rational database management systems (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with JSON and data interchange formats
Exposure to Agile development practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently when needed.
