Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Data Engineer

to join our data and analytics team. The role involves working with large-scale datasets, designing efficient data pipelines, and building insightful dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain

ETL/ELT pipelines

using modern data engineering tools and frameworks. Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights Develop and manage retail KPI dashboards using

Apache Superset, Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI

. Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver custom analytics solutions and data products. Work with batch and streaming data pipelines using

Kafka, Spark

, or similar technologies. Optimize pipelines for

scalability, performance, and reliability

. Preferably able to work with apache stack of DW/DL solutions such as Apache Iceberg, Hudi . Strong proficiency in

Python, Databricks, Snowflake

and

SQL

Implement data modeling and warehouse architectures to support analytics workflows. Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services . Write clean, modular, well-documented code and collaborate using Git and CI/CD workflows.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields

3+ years of hands-on experience

in Data Engineering

High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ownership-driven, proactive, and capable of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
