About The Job:

  • As a Data Engineer you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that support business operations, client engagements, and enterprise analytics. Your expertise in data engineering, automation, and integration will ensure seamless workflows, optimized performance, and actionable insights.
  • With 5+ years of experience in data engineering, you will collaborate across multiple teams--including clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders--to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiencies.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Data Pipeline Development & Automation
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines that support business intelligence, client reporting, and analytics.
  • Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load structured/unstructured data from various sources into optimized formats.
  • Ensure data flow automation to streamline workflows, improve data accessibility, and support strategic business initiatives.
  • Data Integration & Client Collaboration
  • Work closely with consulting teams and clients to integrate diverse data sources into unified systems for seamless analysis and reporting.
  • Develop solutions for real-time data processing, ensuring business agility and up-to-date insights.
  • Support client projects with customized data solutions, facilitating seamless collaboration between stakeholders and technology.
  • Data Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Establish and maintain robust data validation and quality control measures, ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets.
  • Address data integrity challenges proactively, identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Maintain data security and compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Infrastructure & Cloud Optimization
  • Collaborate with IT & DevOps teams to manage and optimize data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions for efficient storage, processing, and governance in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identifying inefficiencies and optimizing data workflows accordingly.
Qualifications:
Programming & Data Processing
  • Expertise in Python for data pipeline development and automation.
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark, Databricks, & DBT for large-scale processing.
Database & Warehousing
  • Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Vector Databases).
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions (Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
ETL & Workflow Automation
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Apache NiFi, Talend, or Apache Airflow.
  • Knowledge of business-oriented NLP solutions is an added advantage. services.
Cloud & Infrastructure Management
  • Experience in managing cloud-based data solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of data governance, security policies, and compliance requirements.
Problem-Solving & Business Impact
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to optimizing workflows and solving complex business data challenges.
  • Ability to work with consulting teams to align data strategies with client needs and business objectives.
