What would you do? We're Accenture Marketing Operations. We're the global managed services arm of Accenture Interactive. We sit in the Operations Business to take advantage of the industrialized run capabilities leveraging investments from Accenture Operations. What are we looking for? o Data Engineering o 5+ y ears of relevant experience o Data collation, analysis, and reporting capability o Expert in GCP, SQL, Excel o Create metadata, pipelines for analytics o Ability to mentor and guide team members o Good understanding of database concepts o Prior experience of handling large volumes of data for Adhoc analysis and standard business reporting, data wrangling o Developing pipelines and deploying jobs in production e.g. using Airflow o Excellent verbal and written communication o Strong team player and excellent problem-solving skills o Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment o Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment o Experience with Python o Experience in CPG, Retail, Beauty o Previous experience of BI tools (e.g. Looker or Tableau or Power BI)
Roles and Responsibilities: o Build/Maintain logical, physical, and semantic data models that support marketing KPIs, campaign reporting, attribution, segmentation, and personalization o Build/Maintain scalable schemas, data marts, and analytical layers optimized for performance in BI and analytics applications o Maintain metadata standards, data catalogs, and documentation to ensure data traceability and discoverability o Lead efforts to ingest, standardize, and harmonize data from multiple marketing sources o Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and define access controls and security models for sensitive customer data o Perform bug diagnosis and fix
