Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Technical Manager to lead and manage the design, development, upgrade, and support of PeopleSoft applications. The role involves overseeing technical teams, collaborating with functional stakeholders, ensuring on-time project delivery, and driving continuous improvements in the PeopleSoft environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical delivery of PeopleSoft projects (Campus Solutions, HCM, or FSCM).
Plan, execute, and monitor upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and custom developments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
Oversee development activities including Application Engine, SQR, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and web services.
Ensure code quality, perform technical reviews, and enforce best practices and standards.
Support go-live activities, production support, and performance tuning.
Mentor and guide technical team members, ensuring high performance and skill growth.
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft technical development and support.
2+ years of experience in a technical lead or managerial role.
Strong expertise in PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, Integration Broker, and web services.
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM, and Fluid UI.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
