: Data Coordinator

We are seeking a Data Coordinator to ensure documents and records are correctly maintained, organized, and secured within our Clients OS operations. This is a simple but critical role focused on keeping files in their proper place, preventing any leaks of sensitive information, and supporting overall data hygiene. The Data Manager will act as the guardian of company records and ensure that all information is handled with care and confidentiality.

Core Responsibilities

1.

Document Organization



o Maintain orderly filing systems (digital and physical).
o Ensure all documents are stored in the correct location.
o Keep naming conventions and folders standardized.

2.

Data Security & Confidentiality



o Monitor access rights to files and folders.
o Prevent unauthorized sharing or leakage of sensitive information.
o Escalate any suspected breach or irregularity.

3.

File Checks & Audits



o Perform routine checks to confirm all required documents are present and up to date.
o Verify that no documents are missing or misplaced.
o Maintain a checklist for critical files and compliance documents.
o Maintain a secure external hard drive of data as backup and ensure it is regularly updated.

4.

Support Functions



o Assist teams by retrieving documents quickly when needed.
o Provide updated versions of documents to relevant stakeholders.
o Support compliance or audit reviews by ensuring documents are accessible and accurate.

Required Skills & Background:



- 1-3 years in an administrative, records management, or assistant role.
- Good command of basic office software (Excel, Word, Google Drive).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data security principles.
- Reliable, methodical, and discreet.
- Ability to speak and write English well for clear communication.
- Proficient in AI tools and knowledgeable about the latest technologies.
- Able to set up automations for routine tasks and workflows.
- Young professional (age 25-30 preferred).
- Must be able to perform basic research and development (R&D) in the technology space.

Ideal Background

:

- Prior role as office assistant, document controller, or junior operations staff.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Comfortable working in a startup or lean team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:



- Salary range: ₹25,000 - ?40,000/month (depending on experience).
