Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Data Coordinator

to help maintain accurate records and support our carbon emission reporting. This job is more than simple typing -- you will need to carefully check, verify, and organise data in a clear and useful way. The role will also involve working with our

Sustainability Expert in Australia

and

NetSuite team in the UK

, so strong English-speaking skills are important.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, clean, and maintain accurate data across company systems. Review and validate data to ensure accuracy. Generate reports in Excel/Google Sheets as required. Collaborate with colleagues to clarify missing or unclear information. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow structured steps while also thinking creatively when data is missing. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate with overseas colleagues across time zones in a professional manner.

Pay: ₹11,515.77 - ₹30,000.00 per month
