As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, organization, and maintenance of data.
You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
This position requires excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data management tools, including advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage data collection, entry, and verification processes across different departments.
2. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing regular quality checks and audits.
3. Organize and maintain datasets, databases, and data repositories for easy access and retrieval.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide data-related support.
5. Develop and maintain data management processes, workflows, and standards.
6. Prepare reports and assist in data analysis, ensuring that data supports decision-making processes.
7. Utilize advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, to analyze and organize large datasets efficiently.
8. Design and create data visualizations and reports using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
9. Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions to improve data workflows.
10. Monitor data privacy and security standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data management.
Key Skills and Competencies
? Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
? Familiarity with data privacy laws and data governance best practices.
? Experience with automation tools for data processing and reporting.
? Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
Qualifications and Experience
? Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
? Proven experience in a data coordination, data entry, or data management role
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and Pivot Tables.
? Experience with Power BI to create data visualizations and dashboards.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
? Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and organize data effectively.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
