DATA CONVERSION SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

Own and facilitate patient data conversion projects over a 2-4 week timeline Participate in planning, implementing, and monitoring the continuous quality improvement Audit data provided by the customer for portability Deliver assigned work on schedule and provide regular status reports to the Implementation Specialists Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails Calibrate and import patient data based on documented specifications utilizing Excel, SQL, and other tools Inspect completed import transactions for quality and accuracy Prepare, maintain, and publish documentation, including design, source-to-target mappings, and business-driven transformation rules Accurately extract, transform and load data coming from various source systems with 100% success rate Evolve to meet new and ever-changing business requirements Be a solution provider!: We deliver dynamic software to a dynamic customer base. Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field Minimum 2 years experience with the command line, Shell, or Terminal o Minimum 2 years experience coding in Python or higher Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite3, and MySQL experience Prior experience with Microsoft Excel functions and macros Experience handling protected health information (PHI) and knowledge of HIPAA * Minimum 2 years' experience working with APIs, possesses strong API knowledge
